Take a sentimental journey back to the days of the early pioneers of this beautiful mountain community.  Enjoy the pictures, the old organ, piano, sewing machine, dishes, cooking utensils, keys and locks, the old saw’s and tools from farming to mining and milling; you’ll enjoy the display of baskets, plants and herbs that were used to heal with, with samples of the plants in frames, with their use described.  We have a replica of an Indian house, and many artifacts from the tribes from the surrounding areas, including the dress worn by our lovely Indian mannequin.
